ADS Link - real time interfaces to travel web sites

Clock Hotel Software has developed and certified real time interfaces from *evolution hotel system to some of the leading travel web sites, also known as ADS or OTAs.

Those real time interfaces are controlled directly from the channel manager, integrated in *evolution hotel software. Your real time availability of rooms, rates and promotions will be updated or stopped automatically without any need of manual intervention, while all received reservations or reservation updates will be introduced directly to your *evolution hotel system database. You will be able to sell any available room or rate on each of the interfaced travel web sites, instead of limiting your availability to some predefined room or rates allocations, this meeting better the demand wherever it comes from.

As the interfaces to the travel web sites are direct without any mediators, like in the cases with the CRS or channel manager vendors, you will be able to bypass any switching fees or commissions. All certified interfaces are included into the usage fee for *evolution hotel software and respectivelyare not charged separately.

GDS Link - real time interfaces to Global Distribution Systems/Pegasus ODD portals

*evolution hotel software comes with certified real time interfaces with the global distribution systems (GDS) and with Pegasus IDS/ODD travel web sites.

Like with the ADS Link, the GDS interfaces are managed directly from the channel manager, integrated in *evolution hotel reservation software. The real time availability from *evolution hotel software is brought automatically via the GDS interface to the GDS/Pegasus ODD databases and the received reservations are introduced automatically into the database.

Via the GDS link you are capable of reaching:

over 500 000 travel agents globally through the four global distribution systems - Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo and Worldspan.
all major travel web sites from Pegasus ODD with which Clock Hotel Software has not yet developed and certified direct interfaces (eg. Travelocity, Orbitz, HRS, etc.).

Channel manager with InventoryPush® Smarter availability management

As an integral part of *evolution hotel software, the Channel manager is the single command point of your entire sales, channel management and revenue management strategies.

Straight from here, you may set, apply or withdraw in real time your prices, inventory rules, promotions and restrictions on all traditional and on-line channels – your in-house reservation office, sales department, hotel’s web page, public travel web sites and GDS.

Traditional CRS or channel mangers use staic daily allocations, managed into a separate image of inventory from the one in your real time hotel system's database. They would close the respective channel after the allocated capacity for it has been booked - irrespectively if there are available rooms in your real time inventory. Thus, they will miss real sales opportunities. *evolution hotel software keeps your channels open until you have available rooms in your entire inventory by telling the hotel system when to stop selling (closing thresholds in remaining rooms), instead of how much to sell (fixed allocations). InventoryPush® - smarter availability management. InventoryPush® is an innovative availability management technique, which enables you to "push" any available room to any of the available channels, thus maximizing your sales opportunities. Instead of dealing with static per channel allocations, InventoryPush® in *evolution hotel software is based on assigning daily closing thresholds (in number of rooms) for each channel. After every registered reservation, the hotel system compares the entire availability with the closing threshold for each channel and if it has not been reached yet, it recharges channels capacity (allocation). This way, instead of closing the channel upon booking its assigned capacity, *evolution hotel reservation software keeps it open until the total number of the available rooms in the entire real time hotel inventory reaches channel’s closing threshold.
Automatic rate rules. With *evolution hotel software you may apply dynamic rate management rules, which will open or close specific rates, based on your pre-decided price tactics or even directly based on the current demand (occupancy for a specific day or period). These rules may update automatically your prices or close certain rates on all travel web sites, GDS, on hotel's web site or at the reservation desk, based on real time or on forecasted occupancy rate. For example, you may establish that a certain promotional rate will be deactivated upon reaching total occupancy of 30% in the entire inventory which automatically triggers higher rate activation for further bookings. CRS link

Clock Hotel Software develops off line or real time interfaces to proprietary reservation systems, such as:

Central Reservation Systems of hotel brands or chains;
Central Reservation Systems of large tour operators or travel agents;
On-line booking engines of third party CRS or WBE providers;

With such interfaces, all reservations, received through the interfaced reservation system, are imported automatically to *evolution hotel software without any need of manual intervention. The CRS link may additionally upload availabilities back to the proprietary reservation system, synchronize rates and profiles and exchange other relevant information.
