The Reservation enquiry assistant provides your staff with prompt and comprehensive support of the booking process, enabling them to convert more guest enquires into reservations.

With the Reservation enquiry assistant your staff will be able to process guest booking enquiries promptly and efficiently from one simple and convenient screen, they can call with a button click from anywhere in the system. It will help you:

  • look-up room availabilities at requested periods and help you identify and propose alternative periods or lengths of stay
  • browse available rates, check offered packages and offer the optimum price to the guest
  • help you access important profile details or negotiated rates when dealing with a regular guests or companies
  • view all period or rate restrictions and instructions and communicate them to the customer

Rooms calendar

This room plan shows you dynamically room statuses and guest bookings over time. Rooms calendar helps you interactively look-up in a glance for available rooms, make or change bookings, move guests to different rooms, perform check in or check out, block rooms. All actions are exclusively intuitive - anything here is performed visually simply by dragging the mouse or right on screen if you are using a touch screen monitor.

Daily rooms status plan

This plan presents visually the current to a selected date availability (blocked out-of-order, blocked out-of-inventory, free, booked, occupied) and housekeeping (dirty, clean, SKIP, SLIP) status of each room, presenting it as small colour coded square.

Directly from this screen you can:

  • search for a room based on multiple criteria - floor, room type, amenities, present housekeeping status
  • make a booking for a room
  • block a room as out-of-order or out-of-inventory
  • check in a room
  • check out a room
  • update the housekeeping status of a room
  • assign a message to a room
