If you have halls, staff or equipment that need to be managed on an hourly basis, the Resource occupation module is designed for you.
Services and Resources
The timetable function in the hotel system allows managing hourly Halls, Rooms, Facilities, Equipment, Devices, Medical and Spa services, Personal assistants or any other resources. All resources are organized in topical groups and can be searched and booked easily.
Working time
The module has everything you need to monior the availability of your resources: working times by seasons, days of the week and off times, exceptions (for exapmple, official holidays), blocks of resources for renovation, maintenance, out of order, sick leave, etc.
Reservations
Fast reserving of additional resources from date/time to date/time. Selection of the service to be posted on the account of the guest or the booking. Monitoring the state of the reservation: booked, posted, cancelled, no show.
Reservations can also be made from the graphic calendar. In cases of greater dynamics of the resource availability, reservations can be made for a certain type of resource and assign the specific resource to them later. Reservations can be dragged in the grad to change their time slot or even their resource.
Connection to hotel bookings
Each hotel booking can be linked to one or more reservations of additional resources. Reservations of Spa services, Billiards, Sauna, Massage, etc. remain linked to the hotel booking from the moment of their creation to the checking out of the guest. Postings from reservations of additional resources are made on the hotel booking account. All additional resource reservations can be tracked easily from the hotel booking they are linked to.
Connection to event offers
Reservations of Halls, Equipment or other hotel services can be linked to event offers. This allows easy tracking of reservations and groups that have made them
Visual schedules
The systems for schedules and reservations of additional resources supports several interactive graphic calendars allowing fast and easy availability check and booking. The style and operations in the calendars are similar to those in MS Outlook. - Several resources defined by your necessities can be viewed on the same page. For example, you can view the availability of all masseuses in the Spa centre. You can also create a schedule for different types of resources on the same page. For example, you can view the availability of the Sports centre and the sports instructors at the same page and select a suitable free time slot.
- Different scaling of the time table. Depending on the resources and the session duration you can select a scaling of 5, 10, 15, 29, etc. minutes.
- Schedule printout.
- Weekly and monthly schedule. You can check the weekly or monthly schedule of selected resources. The schedule also allows creating new reservations and editing existing ones.
Special 30-day summary schedule. This schedule allows monitoring the resource availability of a number of resources for thirty consecutive days. It can be used for availability comparison or for fast search for suitable time slots for longer periods of time.
