Flexible multi-currency operations

*evolution's database is natively prepared for multi-currency operations and transactions. The multi-currency features and functionalities include:

multi-currency rates - you are able to configure your rates and packages in different currencies, including the possibility for configuring separate package elements in currencies different from that of the entire package (for revenue distribution
multi-currency postings - all postings may be kept in multiple currencies to guest and company accounts. *evolution will keep the postings and the balance in the agreed rate currency and in local currency (if different from the rate currency). There may be even postings in different currencies to one single account - *evolution will track and manage them appropriately
multi-currency deposits - all deposits may be charged or collected in different currencies
multi-currency payments - you may register and update the balance of guest and company accounts in different currencies. *evolution will recalculate each payment according to the exchange rate at the moment of registering the payment and will update the balance appropriately
multi-currency invoices - you are able to issue invoices in different currencies which is exclusively important for hotels with significant volume of export operations negotiated in foreign currencies
multi-currency AR - in the AR you may track invoices and deposits pending in different currencies and match them with payments in various currencies
