The rate system of Clock Evolution has been designed to provide solution to even the most complicated cases in pricing as well as to offer an understandable interface for creating simple rates. The price calculation is guest based, which ensures precise audit and accounting with tour operators. - Seasons. Each rate supports more than one season with different prices.
- Number of guests. Prices can be depend or not on the number of guests in a room. Single use of double rooms. Different prices for different occupancy levels for apartments. Extra bed prices.
- Adults and children. Different prices for adults, children and combinations of both. Different prices for first and second child. Customizable definitions of adult, child, and infant for each rate.
- Boards. Different prices for different boards and all-inclusive. Separate posting of board price option for more precise revenue reports.
- Other services included in the package. Additional services may be defined as independent services or be posted in the total package price. Automatically add more services included in additionally bought packages like Spa, Ski or Sports.
- Deductions. Various tour operator deductions, like advertizing fee, for example.
- Discounts. A powerful system for automatic calculation of even the most complex discounts: Early booking, Extras, Last minute, Child discounts, Promotions, Weekend prices, etc. Discounts can be calculated on various bases: night, meal, other services. They can be a percentage or have a fixed value. They can depend on the arrival period, age, room type, voucher date or more than 75 other features of the booking or the guest.
Rate restrictions
For the purposes of the yield management the system provides these functions: - Defining the level of occupancy and automatic stop of a rate.
